Exchanges and refunds

NB: REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 30 DAYS OF YOUR CARD BEING DEBITED.

Please contact us with your full name, order number, address and date you purchased the item, along with details of the problem.

If your items were sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, please allow up to 7 working days from us receiving and inspecting your goods (although most arrive between 2-3 working days).
Many items ordered, which are too large to post through the letterbox, may require a signature; it is possible that your local post-person has tried to deliver the item to you and left a 'while you were out' card. These can sometimes be mistaken for junk mail and discarded in error. So, please contact your local sorting office to enquire if your order is awaiting collection.
If there is no package waiting for you, please contact us stating the billing contact (name and address), Order number or Transaction ID and date the order was placed.

Please allow up to 10 working after receipt and inspection of unused goods for your card to be credited.

Upon receipt and inspection of unused and undamaged items, your product will be dispatched within the next 3 working days.

If you wish to exchange your product for another item, you may be liable to pay towards the postage costs of the new item.

Please contact us to request a returns form. Print out this form, complete it and return it to us with the unused product in its original undamaged packaging to our returns address.

Ordering

Simply click the "My account" link at the top and click orders, if your order isn't listed it have not gone through and you can re-order. If your still not sure contact us here stating your name and the time you ordered, plus any order details you may have been emailed.

Yes, we accept all orders over the telephone. Please call 01233 712007. If you wish you can write or e-mail us using our contact page

Yes, login to your account and click 'Orders' at the top. From here you can view were your orders are up to in the process, e.g. Paid, Dispatched etc. Also, for large products that require courier dispatch, we will provide tracking details on request. Most goods are sent with Royal Mail.

This could be because the type of card being used is not accepted by our secure payment partner, If you experience difficulties please email us. Alternatively, if you are having trouble using your card, try using PayPal to process your order. You do not need to have an account to use your card with PayPal, and it's just as safe as our payment system.

Yes, but some banks will not allow you to pay online via Visa Electron. This is nothing that we control, it is purely dependent on your bank.

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (formerly Switch), Visa Delta (replaced by Visa Debit), Visa Electron, Solo and Switch (replaced by Maestro). We also accept Paypal.

When your order is received. If a product cannot be delivered within the suggested dispatch period you card will not be debited until it can be.

Our shopping cart is completely secure and uses a secure certificate. You will see the padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser, as well as SSL EV secure certificate which makes the address bar green, showing you it's totally secure, whenever you input your personal details. We never store your card details.

You can review expected delivery times on the individual product order pages. If a product is not in stock, or is not available within this suggested delivery period, we will email you. You can email us with any additional delivery questions and we will answer as soon as possible.

As some products, most notably the glass or delicate items, provide breakage risk, to avoid this we would prefer you contacted us if you cannot ship to your country.

Please contact Football Emporium with all shipping enquiries that are not covered within our order process. Postage costs are subject to regular change and there are often different shipping methods available, depending on size and weight of goods.

Where products are not particularly subject to damage or breakage, we will currently ship to most countries except Australia. We have an Australian site, which can be found at the top of the every page, go to www.footballemporium.biz to find it.
